If they dont kill bandits or an enemy between wars then the recruits never level up and the party will be stuck with a recruit force. Be aware that the survival rate of those troops is heavily dependent on The Scout. The Surgeon. The Quartermaster. The Engineer. In Mount And Blade 2: Bannerlord, clan roles are roles that you can assign your companions to increase the effectiveness of your party. Each party you own or control has a total of four roles. At the beginning of a game, your main character is automatically assigned to take on all four roles. The Spy Party mission in Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord may prove difficult to complete. Your task is to find a spy in a particular city - the location is randomly selected, depending on which character will commission the mission. You won't get any tips or clues from commissioner of the quest, so you have to get them on your own. If you dismiss them they leave Caldaria and you can't find them again. Idk why you want to anyway but u can as someone said just leave them in a settlement to at least get relations boost Reply reply Pretty sure you need to go to where she is, maybe you can make her into a party leader, then instantly create an army with her then she moves to you with her troops, then when she gets there talk to her and disolve the party/army, not a 100% it works, but maybe it will.
